ip-camera-api
Project Home Page
The IP Camera API is an Open
Source Java API which provides a set of interfaces to
control, manage and use IP video cameras (also called network cameras).
The goal is to provide this API as an easy-to-use abstraction layer to
use IP cameras in a manufacturer-independent way. It is intended to
work on embedded controllers in the SOHO market which use a standard
called the OSGi. However, it can also be applied to any server-side
application that would like to add IP-based video surveillance as a
feature.
